Refund policy
In the event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will offer you a product exchange or store credit only. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A 5% restocking fee will be assessed to any returns or exchanges not due to the fault of the seller.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at sales@pinklabelext.com or begin a live chat on our website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE, such as WIGS, custom products and personal care goods (such as beauty and hair care products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are ONLY offered if you receive an incorrect item at fault of the seller, Pink Label Extensions. Your purchased item must be returned in new/unused condition, with tags and original packaging. Please note that wigs with the lace cut or removed are not eligible for return/exchange. Once your return is received, a gift card will be issued for the purchase price of your returned item(s). Gift cards can be used at any time towards any future purchase and do not expire. Please be sure to read the product descriptions of each item to be sure the desired item is purchased.
Refunds
We can ONLY issue a refund if your order is cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. We can not refund fulfilled orders. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
